Marco is a co-founder and General Partner at Ansa. Previously, Marco was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at The Chernin Group (TCG), where he helped establish TCG’s New York office and lead their early-stage and growth investment efforts. Earlier in his career, Marco built a venture capital business at a multi-strategy hedge fund and was an Investment Professional at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV). Marco has served as a partner to many of the world's most iconic companies, including Bright Machines, Coinbase, Dadi, EverlyWell, and Peloton among others. Originally from New York, Marco received a B.A. from Williams College and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Allan is a co-founder and General Partner at Ansa. He previously was a founding investor for KKR's growth equity fund, leading investments across software, cybersecurity, consumer internet, and fintech. Prior to KKR Growth, Allan was an investor at Google's CapitalG and worked in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. Allan has invested and served on the boards of a number of market-defining businesses like CrowdStrike, FanDuel, SurveyMonkey, Zscaler, Slice, ForgeRock, Policygenius, and Glassdoor. Originally from Boston, Allan received an A.B. in Economics with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Initially from Washington D.C., Duncan has spent his career supporting entrepreneurs who run software and gaming companies. He began his career at William Blair before joining Silversmith Capital, where he worked with companies like Appfire and Microblink. He subsequently spent time at PlayStation before joining Ansa in 2022. Outside of work, Duncan is an avid gamer and a fan of ancient history. He received his MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Hannah is an Investor at Ansa. Previously, Hannah focused on both early- and growth-stage healthcare and fintech investing at Pruven Capital. Prior to Pruven, Hannah began her career as an investor at GSV, Guardian Life's venture group, where she led multi-stage insurtech investing. Through these, Hannah has been fortunate to work with companies including Particle Health, Angle Health, Unite Us, and Nayya, among others. A New York native, Hannah received a BBA in Finance from Baruch College through the Macaulay Honors College.

Ryan is an Investor at Ansa. Previously, Ryan invested across healthcare and B2B software business at M33 Growth while developing a workflow automation platform and company scoring models. Prior to M33, Ryan spent time with Summit Partners and UiPath. Originally from Connecticut, Ryan received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame with a Minor in Computing Technologies

Josh is an Investor at Ansa. Previously, Josh led early-stage open source software investing at Lead Edge Capital while also focusing on growth-stage B2B software. Through this, Josh has been fortunate to work with companies including Akuity, Grafana, Artera (WELL Health), eSSENTIAL Accessibility, and PERSUIT, among others. Prior to Lead Edge, Josh spent time with New Enterprise Associates. Originally from New Jersey, Josh received a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Ashley is the Director of Marketing & Platform at Ansa. She brings over a decade of experience in communications and marketing, having previously held roles at Work & Co, Dan Klores Communications, and SS+K. At Work & Co, she led the development and execution of marketing strategies that drove the firm's brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. She serves on the jury of the Webby Awards and the Anthem Awards. Ashley is a graduate of Williams College, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science.
