Expanding the Ansa Platform: Welcoming Meghan Gill and Ghazi Masood as Venture Partners

We’re excited to share that Meghan Gill (formerly SVP of Operations at MongoDB) and Ghazi Masood (formerly CRO at Retool) have joined Ansa Capital as Venture Partners.

Meghan and Ghazi bring decades of operating experience scaling iconic software companies—from MongoDB’s journey from open-source project to public enterprise, to Retool’s rapid growth into a leader in developer tools. At Ansa, they’ll work closely with our team to identify new founder relationships and help portfolio companies accelerate early commercial traction.

Their addition reflects our continued investment in Ansa’s platform model—designed to surround founders with the people and infrastructure needed to turn technical and product insights into enduring companies. Alongside our Ansa Arc system and Revenue Council, the Venture Partner program deepens our ability to help founders scale with precision and speed.

We’re also thrilled to welcome several new members to our Revenue Council and Advisor Network, including senior executives from Databricks, Stripe, Elastic, Snowflake, and Anduril, among others—broadening the expertise available to our founders.
